/cgi-bin/luci/ 提示 403 报错，检查了一圈，路由器基础配置都没问题，最后发现问题出在花里胡哨的主题上，主题开启了首页bing壁纸。
解决方案：
http://你的路由器地址/cgi-bin/luci/?luci_username=root&luci_password=你的路由器密码进入路由器，把 bing 壁纸功能关闭即可。
